How long is my reservation for?
3 Hours. If you need the theater for more than 3 hours, please contact us BEFORE booking your reservation.
Can we bring outside food & drink?
NO! This is non-negotiable. This is not allowed. We are not trying to be a birthday party event venue. We are first and foremost a movie theater. If you would like to see a movie as a part of your festivities then that is great. If you want to throw your whole party here with cake, cupcakes, balloons and decorations we would advise you to look at another location for your rental needs.
How much does it cost?
Theater rentals start at $250. Additional fees may apply based on movie selection. Limited holiday weekends are available upon request starting at $400.
How do I book?
You can make your reservation on our website (www.englewoodcinema.com/rentals) or through the Instagram link. Schools (field trips) please email us at englewoodcinema@gmail.com
How do I know what days and times are available?
You can view a calendar with our availability at www.englewoodcinema.com/rentals or through the book now button on our Instagram. Aside from a few 9am spots we reserve specifically for school field trips, what is shown on the availability calendar is all we have available. Occasionally we can move a reservation time by an hour or so.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
We need to know a minimum of 48 hours before the scheduled rental time. If notice is given 48 hours or more ahead of time you will be refunded $100 of the $250. If given within 48 hours you will not be refunded any amount. Giving us at least a 1 week notice is preferable. We will not give you a full refund for any reason so we advise booking with caution.
What are my viewing options?
You can bring your own disc (DVD or Blu-ray), or contact us via email at englewoodcinema@gmail.com about streaming options.
To watch what we are currently showing there will be an additional $5 per person ticket charge (Rental fee + $5 per person). Please call or email us BEFORE booking your reservation if you have any questions.
Concessions:
We will have our concession stand open and popping popcorn during your rental at our amazingly affordable prices. A Fun Size popcorn and a drink are only $5. Please check our CONCESSIONS page which is located here https://englewoodcinema.com/concessions. Our candy selection varies slightly based on availability, but we can do our best to send an accurate list of candy and drinks if you would like to pre-order or have a large group. If you have a favorite, please let us know and we will do our best to make sure we have it in stock for your special event.
Can I bring a table?
We have one folding table you are welcome to use, if you need more than that, you are welcome to bring them.
Can I bring a poster to display?
Yes, we have a 27x40 inch poster frame we can display a poster in for your special event.
Cleaning policy:
We ask that everyone be courteous and respectful of the theater. If you and your party leave our theater in complete disarray (candy and popcorn thrown throughout, trash everywhere, fixtures broken, etc) we reserve the right to ban you from renting the theater again.

Can I sell tickets?
No, unless you produced the film.
Can I advertise?
No, that is not a PRIVATE rental if it is general admission.
Can I bring a cooler?
No, we sell drinks, absolutely no outside beverages are allowed.
Can we bring presents for the party?
Yes, we have an extra trash can we can bring to the front for wrapping paper and such.
Can we bring balloons?
No.
If I want to watch the movie you are currently showing, when do I pay for that?
You can be charged the Ticket Charge the day of your event.
Can I change the time of my reservation?
If the time you booked no longer works, send a message to see if we can move your reservation time. It is not always possible, especially as we get closer to your reservation date.
How early can I show up?
Doors will remain locked until the time of your reservation. If you need time to set up, you need to factor this in to when you tell your guests to arrive.
